All service appointments are subject to technician availability. Quotes and estimates provided by EL Camiones are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may change if additional repairs or parts are required.

We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe, damaged, altered, or improperly maintained equipment.

3. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Parts Sales & Shipping

EL Camiones sells both new and refurbished liftgate parts.

Nationwide shipping is available within the United States.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. EL Camiones is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Warranty Policy

Certain new and refurbished parts sold by EL Camiones may include a limited warranty.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Parts are covered by a 30-day limited warranty.

• Warranty coverage applies only to defects in parts or workmanship.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with warranty claims, returns, or exchanges.
